Your Union negotiates the contract that determines the conditions that you work under (the Collective Agreement)
The Collective Agreement describes your working conditions, wages, benefits and various other rights and entitlements.
It’s important to remember that the employers of CUPE Local 2262 didn’t just give the rights within the Collective Agreements away: We had to fight for them!
Every Union member has a right to have a copy of their Collective Agreement.
